Take a chana,urad and moong dal washed and soaked in 4 hours.
After soaking grind well then add curry leaves,salt,baking powder and green chilli mix and keep a side for fermentation.
After fermentation take a wok put oil then oil heat make a vadas in vada makeing machine.
Then vadas fry for both sides.
Take a arhar dal wash and soaked .After soaking then add water,salt,turmeric powder mix snd cook dal.
Take a wok add oil mustard seeds,all spices and hind add saute then add onion and tomato mix saute then add all spices,lemon juice and veggies mixed cook and dal mixed .Sambar is ready.
Take a grinder jar add coconut,chilli,chana,salt and add water miix and grind well.
Take a tarka pan add oil,hing,mustard seeds and curry leaves tarka add in coconut chutney.
